Champion Bay Senior High School Board

As an Independent Public School, Champion Bay Senior High School is seeking to elect its third school Board.

In 2015, the John Willcock College Council (as it was then) decided that the Board of John Willcock College would be made up of between 5 and 15 members, drawn from the following categories, including:

  • The College Principal (is automatically a member of the Board)
  • There must be at least one parent member of the board
  • Parents and general community must form the majority of the Board.

The Board of Champion Bay Senior High School will be made up the same way. The Board will meet twice a term for an hour at a time to be negotiated.

The Board of Champion Bay Senior High School is instrumental in setting the direction for the future of Champion Bay Senior High School and as we enter a period of expansion with senior secondary students joining us this year, it will be an exciting time to be a member of this community.

Please consider and nominate for one of the positions in the following categories:

  • Staff representatives
  • Parent representatives
  • Community representatives

If you would like to join us complete the linked application form return to the Champion Bay Senior High School Front Office by Thursday 14 February 2019 or by email to the Principal’s Assistant nicholl.kelly@education.wa.edu.au

Nomination for College Board 2017-2019 Application Form

During the process to create our previous Boards, we have had a number of people apply for the position of Board member and we have put all the names to the community in a ballot. This may occur again so please add a short statement to introduce yourself that may be used for this purpose.
